When taken regularly, many people find they can achieve clear and hydrated skin that’s smoother and more supple. Understanding Ingestibles: Ingredients + Labels
When shopping for an ingestible skincare product, start with the basics. Is the product natural and organic? Do you understand the ingredients on the label? It’s a good sign when the product has few ingredients, all of which are plant-derived and organic.
